You will contribute directly to the evaluation and improvement of AI systems designed for customer support scenarios across industries such as travel, finance, and telecommunications. The role involves creating realistic role-play interactions, auditing AI-generated audio responses, and ensuring datasets meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and natural conversational flow.
