Job Title: Senior Title Sales Executive
Location: Remote (Preferred: Eastern or Central Time Zone)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Title Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our title and settlement business. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who understands the real estate and title industry, has established relationships, and knows how to develop new business.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the title business and the ability to generate revenue through one or more of the following channels:

  • Local residential purchase transactions
  • Real estate agents, lenders, and mortgage professionals
  • National refinance business
  • Foreclosure and default services
  • Builder and developer accounts
  • Real estate investors and institutional clients
  • Attorney and professional referral relationships

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, investors, and other referral partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Generate consistent title and settlement orders through personal prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
  • Build strategic relationships with high-volume accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute individual business-development plans designed to achieve revenue and order-growth goals.
  • Make regular sales calls, conduct meetings, attend industry events, and participate in client-facing activities.
  • Educate clients and referral partners on the company's title, escrow, settlement, and related services.
  • Work closely with operations and closing teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for new accounts and emerging sources of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, contacts, and sales activity.
  • Meet or exceed established production and revenue goals.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of successful title insurance, settlement, mortgage, real estate, or related sales experience (PRODUCERS LICENSE REQUIRED).
  • Established relationships within the real estate, mortgage, builder, foreclosure, or title industries.
  • Demonstrated history of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the title and settlement process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Professional presence and the ability to build trust with clients and referral partners.
