Position: Visiting Clinical Program Director
Type: Full Time
Location: Remote with travel
This position will lead the Visiting BCBA Program under the supervision of the VP of Clinical Services. This is a director level role that will oversee the successful development and growth of the Visiting BCBA program with partnership from regional directors and market level leaders.
Position Description

- Monitor hiring goals, interview candidates, and work closely with clinical talent advisors \t
- Onboard and train Visiting BCBAs \t
- \t\t
- Provide additional onboard training specific to telehealth (e.g., clinical practices, relationship building through telehealth, use of technology. \t\t
- Continue training through monthly meetings, question answering, and one off skills training sessions \t\t
- Oversee multi-state license priorities, timelines, followthrough, payment processing, and credentialing communication \t
\t - Retrain and performance manage Visiting BCBAs \t
- \t\t
- Monitor clinical KPIs and solicit center level feedback to develop goals with Visiting BCBAs \t\t
- Identify and retrain on skill gaps, reinforce improvement, implement next steps in progressive discipline as needed \t\t
- Provide RCDs and CDs guidance on reinforcement and performance strategies \t\t
- Oversee annual performance reviews \t\t
- Mediate conversations and facilitate action plans as concerns arise from the BCBA, CD, OM, RCD, or RDO \t
\t - Delegate Visiting BCBA resources across markets and communicate decisions to regionals and Market Leaders \t
- Manage travel arrangements and coordinate with travel leaders and finance to resolve travel related barriers \t
- Partner with HR on Visiting BCBA leave of action, accommodations requests, and traveling parent benefits \t
- Demonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolves \t
- Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided \t
- Assist with other projects when time permits
Qualifications

- Has at least 3 years of experience at ABC \t
- Either currently or previously held an ABC role as: \t

- RCD (no minimum tenure) \t\t
- GCD (no minimum tenure) \t\t
- Sr. CD (minimum of 6 months) or \t\t
- HQ equivalent role (minimum of 6 months) \t
\t - Demonstrates a strong working relationship with director and market level leaders \t
- Demonstrates excellence through KPIs and core values \t
- Has a strong understanding and experience partnering with leaders and key decision makers across departments \t
- Experience in organizational behavior management strongly preferred \t
- Experience in the delivery, training, or management of telehealth services \t
- Demonstrates an ability to quickly access current policies, procedures, and resources independently \t
- Friendly, genuine personality who enjoys helping others \t
- Strong organization skills, independent motivation, reinforced by meeting goals \t
- Accepts and applies feedback \t
- Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
