• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for new patients upon their entry into our care program, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs of each patient, adapting strategies as necessary throughout their recovery journey.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that foster insight, skills development, and peer support among participants.
• Collaborate with external behavioral health treatment facilities when necessary, coordinating care transitions to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to proactively monitor and enhance patient outcomes, including identifying barriers to progress and providing solutions.

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health issues. Your empathetic approach will be crucial as you navigate their complex needs, providing them with the tools and resources to foster long-term recovery and improve overall well-being. You will build relationships based on trust and understanding, creating a safe space for patients to explore their challenges.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• A current and active Washington state license as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a collaborative team setting, preferably within the behavioral health space.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for addressing various behavioral health conditions and substance use disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy towards patients.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote care environment.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that address both mental health and substance use concerns.
• History of leveraging community resources for patient support and recovery.
