In this full-time remote role, you will leverage your expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide exceptional mental health counseling services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. As a Telehealth Behavioral Health Therapist at Eleanor Health, you will work remotely, which promotes flexibility and work-life balance. Our virtual care model allows you to provide services directly from your home office, using technology to connect with patients across Kennewick, Washington, and beyond. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients, identifying their specific needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health interventions tailored to each patient.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue and personal growth.
• Collaborate with external behavioral health facilities to ensure seamless coordination of care when additional support is required.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance treatment outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed.
• Engage in regular case consultations with team members to leverage a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

The primary focus of this position is on individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse patient population, offering compassionate care to those seeking recovery and improved mental health. As part of your role, you will provide support and guidance to empower patients on their journey towards health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• An active and fully licensed LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment within behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatments and therapeutic modalities relevant to behavioral health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and empathy, to build strong therapeutic alliances with patients.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and community resources to support patient recovery.
• Ability to utilize digital health technologies and electronic health record systems effectively.
