Job Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process,ย including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-endย closing. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payment of company liabilitiesย while maintaining good relationships with vendors and strictly following internal financialย policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Full-cycle AP Processing: Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices, purchaseย orders, and delivery receipts to ensure three-way matching accuracy. Check invoiceย legitimacy, item description, quantity, unit price, tax rate and payment terms before postingย into the ERP system.
โ€ข Payment Management: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payment runsย according to company payment terms and cash flow arrangement. Complete internalย approval workflows, process domestic and overseas vendor payments, prepayments andย employee expense reimbursements, and follow up on payment failures, refunds andย abnormal transactions.
โ€ข Vendor Reconciliation & Maintenance: Conduct regular vendor statementย reconciliations, resolve account discrepancies, credit notes, deductions and supplier claims.Maintain vendor master data, including new vendor setup, account updates and inactiveย vendor management.
โ€ข Expense Reimbursement Audit: Review employee expense reports, verify theย validity of invoices, compliance with company expense policies and completeness ofย approval documents, reject non-compliant expenses and provide feedback for correction.
โ€ข Month-end & Year-end Closing: Complete month-end accruals, GR/IR clearing andย prepaid expense amortization. Prepare AP aging reports, vendor balance details and APย analysis reports, and actively cooperate with general ledger closing and financial statementย preparation.
โ€ข Document Filing & Internal Control: Sort, bind and archive all original documentsย including purchase contracts, invoices, payment vouchers and reimbursement files. Supportย internal audit, external audit and tax inspection by providing complete and standard APย documents.
โ€ข Abnormal Issue Handling: Solve daily AP abnormal issues such as paymentย duplicates, return goods offsetting, overdue payables and no-invoice temporary estimation,ย ensure smooth and accurate AP accounting.

Job Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related majors;
โ€ข 3+ years of formal Accounts Payable working experience, familiar with full-cycle APย procedures;
โ€ข Proficient in ERP systems and Excel functions; experience with internationalย accounting software is a plus;
โ€ข Basic business English reading and writing skills for cross-border vendorย communication;
โ€ข Familiar with financial accounting standards and internal financial control processes;
โ€ข Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, with good data sensitivity and timeย management skills;
โ€ข Able to work independently under pressure and cooperate well with cross-ย department teams.
โ€ข Can work European time zone.
