Role: Messaging Exchange Engineer
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Remote
Rate: 60-70hr W2 (note the max is not guaranteed as this is commensurate on level of experience with all requirements)
Details:
Manages and develops architecture for Enterprise messaging systems, directory integration, and related systems and services. Ensures e-mail user functionality on campus and in remote locations globally. Provides messaging expertise and leadership to users and team members and researches and studies new technologies and trends for recommending enterprise improvements and advancements.
Required:
  • Microsoft Exchange Online: 7 - 10 years of advanced, hands-on experience in administration, architecture, and troubleshooting
  • Directory Services: 7 - 10 years of advanced experience with identity and access technologies (e.g., ADFS, Azure AD / Entra ID)
  • Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools: 5 - 7 years of experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams
  • PowerShell Automation: Expert-level scripting and automation experience in enterprise environments

Nice to Have:
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft AI tools (e.g., Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio)
