• Deliver personalized individual therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions for identified patients, ensuring detailed documentation is completed accurately and swiftly, adhering to both agency and licensing standards.
• Participate in on-unit programming while contributing to the ongoing training and development of both yourself and your colleagues to elevate the quality of care provided.
• Engage in timely communication and collaboration with treatment teams and attend relevant meetings, enriching interdisciplinary dialogues that promote effective treatment strategies and patient discharge plans.
• Actively contribute to the development of comprehensive patient treatment plans, leveraging your expertise and insights to support individualized care pathways.

Your role will directly serve a diverse range of clients, each with unique mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic practice will be instrumental in guiding clients through their personal journeys toward emotional well-being and stability.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
• You must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities particularly for mood disorders, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals is required.
• You should have a proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds, are mandatory.

• Experience in a community health clinic environment is preferred, as it enhances your ability to navigate the unique challenges faced by clients in underserved populations.
• Previous success in collaborative roles within multidisciplinary teams would be beneficial.

• This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
