Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-supported team providing flexible on-site and remote coverage. This opportunity offers a variety of scheduling options with strong wRVU productivity and a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

  • Coverage Type: Scheduled hours
  • Support: Work alongside a dedicated radiology team
  • Credentialing: 1 month

Scheduling Options

On-Site Day Shifts (8am 5pm)

  • Minimum 5 shifts per month
  • Estimated 7 wRVU/hour
  • Must reside in Los Angeles or Orange Counties to reduce travel/lodging costs
  • Equal share of Fridays required (candidates not available Fridays will not be considered)
  • Weekend coverage preferred; minimum monthly shift requirement reduced if weekends are included

Remote Evening Shifts (ending 1am; start between 4 9pm)

  • Minimum 5 shifts per month
  • Estimated 10 wRVU/hour
  • Prefer candidates in Hawaii or Pacific Time Zone, ideally Los Angeles/Orange Counties
  • Weekend coverage preferred; reduced shift requirement if weekends are included

Remote Weekend & Holiday Shifts (10am midnight or subset)

  • Minimum 3 shifts per month
  • Estimated 8 wRVU/hour
  • Prefer candidates in Hawaii or Pacific Time Zone, ideally Los Angeles/Orange Counties

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active California Medical License & CA X-ray Operator and Supervisor Permit (or willingness to apply; 4 weeks to process)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year post-training
  • Clinical Expertise: Brain & spine MRI, stroke protocol CT/CTA/CTP
  • Health Requirements: Vaccinations required (PPD, Varicella, MMR)
