This position operates within a remote framework, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home while having access to our outpatient office facilities as needed. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions that employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring they are achievable and aligned with their treatment objectives while tracking progress on a regular basis.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, making mental health care more accessible for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and insurance requirements to support client care and organizational compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our services cater to a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your ability to relate to and understand the unique needs of these clients is essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts is essential; candidates with eligibility for licensure are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience working effectively with culturally diverse populations is preferred, with a deep respect for individual differences and a commitment to client empowerment.

• Demonstrated expertise in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience working in a remote environment are advantageous.
• Interest in or experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care or restorative practices.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits include:
