About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead new product roll out, market research, go-to-market strategy, and product marketing initiatives across diverse verticals. This role will drive the positioning, messaging, and market growth for our existing suite of services while shaping the introduction of new products to expand into both domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, has a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, and is passionate about serving customers in healthcare, research, and industrial settings.

What You'll Do

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to assess total addressable markets (TAM) across a breadth of healthcare, industrial, government and other serviceable verticals including - hospitals, healthcare systems, dental offices, veterinary practices, and independent medical offices.
  • Evaluate emerging opportunities in new verticals, including international markets, Department of Energy and other government applications, and industrial dosimetry.
  • Develop market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions.

Existing Products & Services

  • Refine and maintain sales tools, collateral, website content, and messaging to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to update presentations, training materials, and case studies.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.

New Product Development & Launch

  • Collaborate with product management and R&D to support new product development, including:
    • Pricing strategy and revenue forecasting.
    • Market positioning and differentiation.
    • Development of sales enablement tools and launch campaigns.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for product rollouts, including website content, outbound messaging, and promotional campaigns.

Global Market Expansion

  • Research and validate new market opportunities in international regions (Europe, Latin America) and additional sectors.
  • Develop entry strategies, including regulatory considerations, pricing models, and localized messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success in market research, go-to-market strategy, and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and/or industrial markets preferred.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, R&D, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
