Job description

Location: All Locations in the United States

Work Arrangement: Remote

A Day in the Life

A typical day as an Industry Marketing Specialist might include the following:

  • Consulting with marketing team members and industry stakeholders to develop and execute industry-specific marketing plans, including both brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
  • Aligning industry marketing strategies with firmwide priorities, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each industry.
  • Contributing ideas and supporting the execution of creative, integrated marketing campaigns across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Assisting with campaign performance tracking, measurement, and follow-up to inform future strategy.
  • Analyzing market and campaign data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to deliver industry campaigns and support service line and regional priorities.
  • Working with partners, managers, and research professionals to build target lists, understand competitors, and deepen knowledge of target clients.
  • Supporting thought leadership efforts by identifying speaking opportunities and coordinating related logistics.
  • Managing industry sponsorships and coordinating event logistics for seminars, conferences, and tradeshows with internal teams.
  • Leading the planning and execution of industry webinars, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, content development, communications, and attendee tracking.
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of industry-specific marketing materials, including collateral, emails, presentations, and other campaign assets.
  • Managing industry marketing budgets, including annual planning, ongoing tracking, and monthly review to ensure alignment with priorities and spend.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate execution of projects while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field required; or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • You have strong organizational/follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • You have knowledge and understanding of key marketing principles, concepts, tactics and the functional roles within the marketing team.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and can use various software packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have a team-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with colleagues.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation

$60,000-$85,000. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
