Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data and application issues in research environments

Review and analyze software defects. Troubleshoot/debug/identify malfunctioning systems. Implement software fixes.

Provide start to finish oversight for small projects with guidance as needed.

Scope potential projects to create summaries and make recommendations.

Serve as liaison between research teams and technical staff to ensure solutions meet scientific and operational needs.

Identify business system solution requirements by analyzing work processes and operations; evaluate business and information systems functionality.
