Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele using various therapeutic modalities, such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions, employing innovative techniques to monitor progress and adapt treatment as necessary.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
