Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through video chat, offering a safe space for clients to process their thoughts and emotions.
• Utilize a solution-focused, evidence-based approach to assess clients' mental conditions and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Encourage clients to explore their feelings and experiences, enhancing their self-awareness and ability to navigate personal relationships.
• Act as a proactive client advocate, helping clients identify goals and devise actionable plans to facilitate their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, utilizing our specified counselor portal to minimize administrative tasks and focus on direct patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Willow Bridge Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate their journeys towards recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in your state, including the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, including the ability to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-discipline in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience managing your own caseload is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a community health setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records is advantageous.
• Dual or multi-state certifications are considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, Willow Bridge Psychotherapy provides a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and weekly direct deposit for your earnings, ensuring financial stability.
