Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in your state, including the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, including the ability to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-discipline in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience managing your own caseload is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a community health setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records is advantageous.
  • Dual or multi-state certifications are considered a strong asset.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, Willow Bridge Psychotherapy provides a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and weekly direct deposit for your earnings, ensuring financial stability.
