Weโ€™re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.
Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our users and make sure they have a smooth, confident experience with our products. Youโ€™ll work directly with users, help them solve issues, and act as the bridge between customers and our product team.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • ย Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (no phone support).
  • ย Help users understand and use our web app, Chrome extension, and desktop app.
