Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized tools and methods to evaluate mental health needs and conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific mental health challenges and goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and private environment for clients to share their concerns.
  • Lead group therapy sessions that facilitate interpersonal connection and support among participants, focusing on topics such as anxiety management, relationship dynamics, and coping strategies.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing quantitative and qualitative measures to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with electronic medical records systems.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and clinical best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
