The Licensed Professional Counselor will operate in a fully remote setting, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to connect with clients from various backgrounds. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring clarity and direction for the therapy process.
• Provide high-quality counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, either through video conferencing or over the phone, depending on client preference.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated treatments and support for complex cases.
• Maintain diligent and precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any changes in treatment plans, employing practice management software to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay abreast of current therapeutic techniques and methodologies, while also incorporating evidence-based practices into counseling sessions.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing team coherence and sharing best practices in mental health care delivery.

The LPC will work with a diverse client base spanning various age groups and backgrounds who are facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Understanding cultural competence and demonstrating sensitivity to individual differences will be paramount in delivering effective therapy. • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field recognized by the state of Tennessee.

• Experience in specialized therapy areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or couples.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and risk assessment procedures.
