This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your home while actively participating in a team-oriented culture. Scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life integration. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.
• Engage in individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices to facilitate client progress.
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including service reports and treatment records, to comply with organizational policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with institutional staff and psychiatric professionals, providing consultation on mental health management and support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through staff meetings, training sessions, and clinical program development activities to enrich your skills and the quality of care our clients receive.
• Play a key role in our Quality Improvement program by actively engaging in performance reviews and outcomes tracking.

Your primary focus will be individuals seeking mental health support who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional difficulties. You will work with a diverse client population, fostering relationships built on trust and healing while addressing each individual's specific circumstances and goals.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active independent LMHC license for practice in Vermont is essential.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing therapeutic services, demonstrating a proven record in the field.
• A solid understanding of multiple therapeutic modalities and the ability to effectively implement them based on client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for supportive client interactions and collaborative teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload and maintain professional documentation efficiently.

• Experience with integrated care models and collaborative teamwork within multidisciplinary settings.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous involvement in mental health program development or community outreach initiatives is beneficial.

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits suite including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
