• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including personalized practices for stress reduction and emotional balance tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client stressors, challenges, and specific therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using mindfulness techniques such as guided meditation, breath awareness, and reflective practices.
• Organize and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create integrated treatment strategies that include mindfulness practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in mindfulness and mental health therapy.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Strong foundation in therapeutic practices with a specific focus on mindfulness integration.
• Excellent communication skills capable of fostering a supportive and calming therapeutic relationship.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields is preferred.
• Previous training or experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness techniques is advantageous.
• Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy environment is a plus.
