As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.
• Providing crisis intervention and support, creating pre-crisis and crisis management plans tailored to each client.
• Engaging in collaborative efforts with health care providers and community resources to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Meeting required documentation standards efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Implementing and utilizing evidence-based assessments and screening tools as part of the therapeutic process.
• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation requirements to uphold the clinic's high standards.
• Serving as a liaison to state agencies and local community partners to provide holistic support to clients.
• Promoting positive behavior support systems in collaboration with clinical teams and adjusting strategies based on client feedback.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.
• Fostering open communication channels that align with our mission and enhance community outreach.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, those recovering from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.
• An Independent LPCC License in California is essential for this position.
