Industry: Technology Consulting & Digital Transformation Services

A rapidly growing technology consulting and implementation organization is seeking an AI Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of client projects. The team is leveraging cutting-edge Agentic AI delivery methodologies to accelerate software development and solution implementation for customers across multiple industries. Due to a significant increase in project demand, this role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality AI-assisted solutions from concept through production deployment.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position that combines product thinking, technical execution, and AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate understands both business requirements and technical implementation, using modern AI development tools to rapidly design, build, validate, and deliver solutions.

As an AI Engineer, you will directly contribute to:

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in AI-assisted software development workflows and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AI development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar agentic development tools.
  • Experience using AI to build, test, and validate technical solutions rather than solely for research or documentation purposes.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and modern software development workflows.
  • Ability to direct AI coding agents, review technical outputs, and verify solution quality.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
