Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, incorporating various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain a client caseload of your choice, with the potential to build up to 40+ hours per week, ensuring you are in control of your time and workload.
  • Utilize our digital platform, which minimizes paperwork by automatically managing client documentation, allowing you to focus on providing care.
  • Establish treatment plans, set goals, and conduct progress evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with clients and their families to foster collaboration and support their mental health journey.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including use of a comprehensive library of therapy tools and resources available on our platform.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who are typically screened and stable with low acuity needs. Qualifications
