• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs, developing tailored therapeutic approaches to address various mental health conditions.
• Lead online therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide specialized support for clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) within a structured therapeutic framework.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records consistent with ICD-9 standards, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate case management activities to coordinate care across multiple healthcare providers, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health solutions.
• Support family therapy sessions aimed at strengthening familial relationships and improving communication among family members.

Your primary clients will include individuals facing a range of psychological challenges, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, thereby fostering inclusive care.

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess an active California mental health license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and case management, with a strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT and ABA is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a therapeutic role or mental health counseling.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience.
