  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to evaluate and enhance the effective delivery of mental health services.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community supports.
  • Stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices to continually improve the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults struggling with various mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Each client brings a unique set of challenges, and your role will involve developing tailored approaches to help them navigate their personal barriers and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions, tailored to address diverse client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting therapeutic relationships.
  • Ability to guide clients effectively through problem-solving processes, fostering positive outcomes.
  • A collaborative team player who appreciates and contributes to a growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and tools to enhance client engagement and care delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Provision of life, disability, and malpractice insurance to support your professional peace of mind.
  • Access to an employee assistance program for holistic well-being support.
  • Financial support for continuing education to encourage professional development.
  • Consistent referrals to ensure a rewarding and manageable caseload.
  • Efficient administrative support that allows you more time to focus on patient care.
