This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured workday while promoting work-life balance. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health concerns.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and accurate record-keeping for all client interactions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to evaluate and enhance the effective delivery of mental health services.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community supports.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices to continually improve the quality of care provided.

Your work will primarily focus on adults struggling with various mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Each client brings a unique set of challenges, and your role will involve developing tailored approaches to help them navigate their personal barriers and achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions, tailored to address diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting therapeutic relationships.
