Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in counseling or clinical settings is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and individual/group counseling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach to client interactions.

  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer-based applications.
