• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate the individual strengths, challenges, and needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, including psychologists and educators, to coordinate holistic care that supports clients' overall well-being.
• Advocate for clients’ access to essential community resources and support services, ensuring they receive comprehensive assistance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health records system, contributing to quality assurance and risk management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices.

As an LCSW at Pathways Sycamores, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing emotional, behavioral, and social issues that impact their well-being. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space where clients can express their concerns and work towards effective solutions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, particularly with children and families.
• Proficiency in performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and crafting targeted treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capability to establish trusting relationships across a spectrum of cultural backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in health care.

• Experience working within school settings or with educational systems to support student mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems.
• Skills in crisis intervention and emergency response as they relate to mental health issues.

We offer a competitive salary structure, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on your experience and case load.
