• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional resilience and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and in-house training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to coordinate and optimize care for clients.

As an Associate Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Life, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing varying mental health challenges. Your role will directly impact patient outcomes by providing compassionate care and effective treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Active registration as an AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload and manage client needs effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to ethical practices in counseling.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based practices in clinical settings.
