As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Griffin and Associates, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment plans, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client session in compliance with telehealth regulations.
• Performing thorough intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and present concerns.
• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with a network of healthcare providers to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Embracing a growth mindset, continuously seeking development opportunities, and engaging in ongoing professional learning.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted, and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with various computer applications including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred candidates will have:

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families of varied backgrounds.
• Comfort and familiarity with conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our practice provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
