Supplier Quality Analyst - Be the Critical Link Between Quality and Aviation Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in aviation innovation, to hire a Supplier Quality Analyst who is ready to make an impact where quality, safety, and operational excellence matter most.
In this role, you'll serve as a key quality advocate, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products meet rigorous industry standards, production remains on schedule, and quality risks are addressed before they become operational issues. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of the supply chain and contribute to the delivery of world-class aircraft and aviation solutions.

What You'll Do
As a Supplier Quality Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting supplier performance, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Quality Oversight
  • Perform source inspections at supplier facilities to validate product conformity and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Verify supplier adherence to established standards and specifications.
  • Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
  • Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow and minimize disruptions.
  • Identify potential quality concerns early and proactively escalate risks to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support timely decision-making by providing accurate quality data and analysis.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, corrective actions, and quality activities.
  • Support compliance with aviation quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Training & Process Support
  • Coordinate and deliver quality-related training materials and programs, including:
    • Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
    • Auditing processes
    • PMA-related activities
  • Develop presentations and facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Compile and analyze quality data, metrics, and program performance indicators.
  • Prepare monthly reports and support ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Participate in project-related quality initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Support benchmarking activities and documentation mapping projects to strengthen quality systems.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical, operational, quality, documentation, or related field.
Technical & Administrative Skills
  • Experience with data compilation, program tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Quality Systems Knowledge
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and project documentation.
  • Understanding of benchmarking methodologies and documentation mapping.
  • Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems and quality methodologies, including:
    • FAA
    • TCCA
    • Related aviation regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance interpretation techniques and industry best practices.
Communication & Leadership Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering training programs and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, management, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting supplier quality programs within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Prior auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality management systems.

Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
