Join our team in Stratford, CT as a Buyer/Procurement Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring essential materials and services. You will collaborate across departments, optimize supplier performance, and contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our organization.
[Responsibilities]
- Source, negotiate, and purchase machinery, equipment, raw materials, packaging, and services to support company operations
- Compile and analyze data to determine pricing feasibility and establish competitive price objectives
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to schedule
- Track market and manufacturing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and leverage material acquisitions
- Review supplier proposals, select and recommend optimal suppliers, and manage end-to-end procurement processes
