• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount to building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of clients’ experiences and challenges to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently oversee therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly advantageous.

• Compensation ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.
