Who we are looking for:

Highly motivated Quality Review Specialist who can understand and perform the below responsibilities in conjunction with our internal and external customers on the phone, via software applications and via email.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate posting of payments received from multiple sources for multiple clients.

  • Reconciling deposits and resolving complex discrepancies.

  • Locating and uploading payment remittance advice (RA).

  • Reviewing remittance advice to assureappropriate payments, adjustments, balancetransfersand recoupments are completed accurately

  • Assistswith special projects andcompilesreports.

  • Responds to inquiriesregardingpayments and reconciliation.

  • Performs quality review on cash posting transactions toassurecompleted accurately, and according to the proceduresestablished.

  • Makes procedure recommendations and updates procedure documents foroptimalperformance.

  • Communicates and works with clients and cross-functional departments toidentifypotential risks and solutions for performance improvement

  • Identifiespotential deficiencies in processes via analysis and trends.

  • Identifiestraining needs, provides education, andassistsin implementation of procedure changes.

  • Assures SLA's and quality of work thresholds aremaintained.

  • Drives change through collaboration, influence, and partnerships

  • Manages workload and completesassignments timely.

Qualifications:

  • High school educationrequired

  • Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree a plus

  • DME/Respiratory or Enteral experience

  • PreviousEOB and ERN Cash Posting Experience

  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly

  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting notes in the clients' system

  • Must be able to multitask and work within multiple client databases
