• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based techniques to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to ascertain clients' specific mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate coordination of care by maintaining detailed records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and compliance with quality assurance policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines.
• Encourage client engagement in their treatment process and empower them to utilize coping strategies effectively.
• Provide psychoeducation and skill-building exercises aimed at enhancing clients’ daily functioning and mental well-being.

The LPCC will serve a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Our outpatient therapy services cater to adults, adolescents, and families seeking assistance in overcoming emotional and psychological obstacles. • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, accompanied by an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, illustrating the ability to work effectively with a variety of clients.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other established modalities.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and engaging with healthcare professionals across various disciplines.
