KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a fully remote Technical Recruiter based on PT/MT. 

Position Summary 
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with current 3-5+ years of experience in contractual-based recruiting. This 100% remote role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions in the utilities sector. While VMS experience is a plus, strong expertise in staffing contractual (C2C/W2) roles is required.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of technical roles including SAP/Oracle specialists, Telecom/Network Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA/Testing Leads, SCADA/AMI experts, and other utilities-focused positions.
· Source, screen, qualify, and submit strong candidates for contractual opportunities, with deep focus on rate negotiations, compliance, and client requirements.
· Partner with offshore recruiting team members to scale candidate pipelines and meet aggressive delivery timelines.
· Manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
· Utilize BullHorn ATS and other tools to track activity, pipeline health, and metrics.
· Build and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
· Provide regular status updates, activity reports, and pipeline forecasts.
· Work a standard schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Required Qualifications
· Current 3 to 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with strong emphasis on contractual staffing (C2C, W2, contract-to-hire).
· Experience in the Utilities industry or highly technical/engineering recruiting environments.
· Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting settings.
· Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
· Proficiency with BullHorn ATS (FieldGlass or other VMS experience is a plus).
· Solid understanding of staffing economics, including bill rates, pay rates, margins, and compliance.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· Knowledge of utilities-specific technologies and role requirements.
· LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
· Knows how to utilize AI functions to support Recruiting activities (qualifying, reformatting resumes, creating/adjusting job descriptions, analyzing & matching resumes against job descriptions etc.) when/if needed.
