  • Pre-Sales & Presentation: Partner with the pre-sales team to deliver compelling technical presentations to clients, translating complex tech into business value.
  • Customer Relations: Check in with our high value clients to ensure that they are extracting maximum value from their integration with our products and serve as a trusted resource for all projects pertaining to data quality best practices.

  • Analytical Mindset: A strong willingness to do deep dives into data, processes, and technical troubleshooting between different programming languages and/or platforms.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to industry trade shows and conventions.

Bonus Points For: (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Basic knowledge of database languages (SQL) or advanced Excel formulas.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/Cloud tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and RESTful services.

  • Experience with Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, or other dashboard creation tools.
