What You'll Do:
  • Shape the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and your squad to ship impactful features and milestones.
  • Bring designs to life by working closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences.
  • Mentor and upskill other engineers, helping to build a strong, supportive team.
  • Define and prioritize work by scoping and estimating tasks that align with business objectives.
  • Write quality code with an emphasis on writing tests, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions around code quality, documentation, and best practices.
  • Own bugs and issues by troubleshooting and resolving problems in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrate initiative by driving progress on your work, proactively unblocking challenges, and participating in collaborative opportunities such as hackathons, guilds, and engineering jams to explore creative solutions and contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Participate in code reviews and planning conversations to continuously improve team processes and output.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development.
  • You're a maker at heart who loves building products that solve real-world problems, while balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical goals.
  • You're passionate about working on products through the full life cycle, from ideation to maintenance.
  • You have experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python and enjoy building dynamic, user-friendly applications.
