Overview
We are seeking C# Backend Developer responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of data integration solutions. This role focuses on building scalable ETL pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring high-quality data delivery across systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in ETL tools (SSIS, ADF, or similar), along with hands-on development in C#/.NET. This individual will also serve as a technical leader, contributing to architecture, mentoring team members, and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support ETL/data integration solutions
  • Build and manage data pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, ADF, Snowflake, or similar technologies
  • Develop integration components using C#, .NET, and/or Python to enhance system performance
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and improve data processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and testing issues
  • Contribute to shared libraries, reusable components, and development best practices
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards
  • Support and enhance SaaS, third-party, and in-house applications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and code
  • Participate in on-call rotation and production support activities

Agile & Delivery

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and ensure work is properly scoped and estimated
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, incremental releases

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ETL/data integration development
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS, ADF, or other ETL tools
  • Strong development experience with C#/.NET (console applications required)
  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to own and drive complex technical initiatives end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure API Management
  • Experience working in Azure environments
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Git
  • Experience with data exchange formats (JSON, XML, EDI)
  • Experience in Agile environments within matrixed organizations
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
