Analytics Engineer
Salary: Up to $120,000 + Bonus
Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401k w/match, 3 Weeks PTO, Bonus Potential, etc.
Location: Maitland, FL (Hybrid or Remote)
Job Overview: The Analytics Engineer will join the Business Intelligence team and help drive the organization's data and analytics capabilities. This role focuses on building and maintaining data infrastructure, supporting reporting and business intelligence initiatives, and developing scalable data solutions that enable better business decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.


Responsibilities of the Analytics Engineer:

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
  • Develop and support data lakes, data warehouses, and related data infrastructure.
  • Work with multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Salesforce, Intacct, and other business systems.
  • Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, and data models.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation efforts.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver reliable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, scalability, and performance across analytics platforms.
  • Document and maintain data processes and best practices.

Preferred Experience of the Analytics Engineer:

  • Experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills, including creating views, tables, queries, and data transformations.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Experience working with various data sources, including SQL Server, Salesforce, Intacct, and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
  • Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data architectures.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data quality best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bonus Experience of the Analytics Engineer:

  • Experience with AWS Redshift.
  • Experience with Power BI, DAX, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages used for data automation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
