As a senior or lead data analyst within the Internal Audit organization, you’ll prepare complex, business-specific analyses using statistical, analytical, and data modeling techniques. You’ll identify trends, assess risk, and deliver actionable insights that support the organization’s objectives. You’ll apply advanced analytics and AI-assisted techniques, including anomaly detection, trend analysis, automated compliance reporting, and pattern recognition. These methods enhance audit coverage, support continuous monitoring, and inform risk-based decision-making. You’ll partner closely with auditors, Internal Audit leadership, and enterprise data teams to design and execute of SOX control testing through population-based analysis, data validation, and repeatable testing logic. Working independently, you’ll communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, mentor junior analysts, and support the evolution of our data strategy across business areas.
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in-office on Tuesdays at our Mayfield Village office, located at 300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143, with occasional additional in-office days as needed based on business needs.
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
  • Proven coding and visualization skills (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau).
  • Experience working with large transactional datasets.
  • Ability to learn quickly, share information, and work together in a team-oriented environment.
  • Expertise in innovatively resolving complex or ambiguous data analysis requests.
  • Adept at communicating technical and analytical results in a way that is easily understood by non-technical partners.
Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
