PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Remote with periodic onsite (monthly team meeting) Gainesville FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are working with a well-established healthcare organization seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Analyst to join their enterprise applications team on a full-time basis.

This is a high-impact, hands-on development role focused on supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials—particularly within Purchasing and Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strong technical resource who can build, optimize, and support solutions while collaborating across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications, with an emphasis on Purchasing

· Build and enhance Fluid UI components and mobile-friendly pages

· Develop customizations using Drop Zones, mappings, and related tools

· Create solutions from the ground up, including new components and enhancements

· Support integrations using Integration Broker and related technologies

· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

· Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives

· Contribute to reporting and analytics efforts (including dashboarding tools)

· Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule

· Attend monthly onsite team meetings

Required Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (v9.x)

· Proven development experience with:

o   Fluid UI / mobile-first design

o   Drop Zones and component customization

o   Building solutions from scratch

· Experience with Integration Broker and enterprise system integrations

· Familiarity with EDI transactions related to purchasing and invoicing

· Experience working in an Oracle database environment

· Strong technical problem-solving and development skills

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in a healthcare environment

· Exposure to EHR integrations (high-level understanding)

· Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools

· Familiarity with enterprise workforce/timekeeping systems

Work Environment

· Primarily remote role

· Occasional onsite presence (approximately once per month) for team collaboration
