Job description

Our organization is actively looking for a weekend-only Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our esteemed Department of Radiology.

This position is structured and ongoing, focusing on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during weekends. The role is fully integrated within our department, providing stable scheduling, robust clinical support, and competitive pay.

Position Highlights:

  • Defined weekend schedule (Friday to Sunday) for consistent coverage
  • Expected productivity: approximately wRVUs per weekend
  • Opportunity to work at a prominent academic medical center with Level 1 trauma services
  • Collaborative environment with access to subspecialty support
  • Remote work options available

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related specialty is preferred
  • Possession of a California medical license

Compensation & Benefits:
The starting base salary range is between $600,000 and $650,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation policies. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
