This position is a remote role, allowing flexibility while still facilitating essential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, participating in regular virtual meetings and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. As an LCSW, you will have a variety of responsibilities centered around evaluation, support, and collaboration:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and progress.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address the specific needs of children and families.
• Monitor and assess client outcomes in collaboration with team members to ensure quality of care.
• Provide guidance and support to families, empowering them to enhance their child’s development through evidence-based practices.
• Establish rapport with clients and families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment conducive to recovery.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to deliver effective interventions.
• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations governing clinical practices.

Your primary focus will be on families with young children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By facilitating access to early intervention services, you will help children enhance their cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during these formative years. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding families through their child’s developmental milestones, designing strategies that cater to their unique situations.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for potential travel to provide on-site support when necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple cases effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage with diverse clients and team members respectfully.

Ideal candidates will also have:

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention settings, demonstrating a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged to better serve our diverse community.
