This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured support system. You will engage with clients virtually, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology. • Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to accurately gauge the mental health needs of clients, applying appropriate diagnostic criteria to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver individualized short-term therapy sessions and crisis intervention for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, encompassing diverse issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment disorders.
• Facilitate and lead therapeutic workshops and support groups that address topics relevant to mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, including community organizations, academic institutions, and local entities to enhance the overall support network for our clients.
• Engage in proactive outreach efforts, including mental health awareness campaigns, wellness events, and education initiatives to reduce stigma and promote mental health resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering rigorously to ethical and legal regulations while documenting treatment notes and progress in a timely manner.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults. You will work with individuals experiencing various mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, academic-related stressors, and relationship issues. Your efforts will directly impact their ability to navigate daily challenges, engage meaningfully in their lives, and achieve emotional well-being.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, demonstrating a solid theoretical and practical foundation in mental health care.
• A strong understanding of the mental health challenges unique to a diverse client base and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective connection with clients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in integrating evidence-based practices and interventions, ensuring optimal care tailored to individual needs.
• The capacity to manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and client satisfaction.

• Experience working with platforms for teletherapy and familiarity with digital health tools to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Previous experience in community health settings, allowing for a keen awareness of systemic challenges contributing to mental health issues.
• Knowledge and practical application of preventive strategies and interventions designed to foster resilience and well-being.

• A competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
