In this fully remote setup, you will join a team of skilled mental health professionals working collectively to provide comprehensive outpatient care. Our practice uses state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling you to efficiently manage patient information and documentation while ensuring high standards of confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Engage in ongoing therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Equip clients with practical coping strategies and skills aimed at fostering resilience and self-sufficiency in their day-to-day lives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our secure EHR system.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues— from mild stress and anxiety to more complex disorders requiring in-depth, multifaceted treatment. Your expertise will guide clients in their healing journey, empowering them to overcome personal barriers and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) for the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in crisis situations, demonstrating strong intervention skills.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy with cultural competence and inclusivity.
• Familiarity with modern EHR systems and digital communication platforms.
• A history of collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.
