Psychologist (PSYPACT) - 100% Remote


Location:
Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible across U.S. time zones (MST-based)
Practice Setting: Virtual Intensive Outpatient / Outpatient Behavioral Health

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD) to provide virtual intensive outpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to adults and adolescents. The psychologist will provide individual and group therapy, evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support through telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients and families

  • Conduct telehealth evaluations and assist with treatment planning

  • Help clients identify goals, strengths, and challenges

  • Support transitions from clinical services to community-based resources

  • Maintain accurate session notes, treatment plans, utilization reports, and discharge summaries

  • Participate in staff meetings and provide clinical recommendations

  • Attend weekly supervision

  • Manage caseloads while meeting documentation and clinical standards

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Psychology required

  • PSYPACT authorization required

  • Minimum 1 year of behavioral health and addictions experience

  • Experience with telehealth/teletherapy platforms

  • Knowledge of mental health and substance use treatment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred and required upon hire
