Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing psychotherapy services, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation and preferences.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborating with a diverse treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care for your patients.
  • Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine your clinical techniques and maintain the highest quality of patient care.
  • Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby fostering a supportive environment.
  • Staying informed about the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and patient care approaches.
  • Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring treatment objectives are met in a timely and effective manner while adhering to ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population consisting of individuals from various backgrounds, experiences, and ages. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in Nevada.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical environment, specifically focusing on psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
