As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing psychotherapy services, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care for your patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine your clinical techniques and maintain the highest quality of patient care.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby fostering a supportive environment.
• Staying informed about the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and patient care approaches.
• Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring treatment objectives are met in a timely and effective manner while adhering to ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population consisting of individuals from various backgrounds, experiences, and ages. Our clients may present with a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other psychosocial issues. By investing time and care into understanding each client's story, you will create tailored treatment strategies that empower them toward recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical environment, specifically focusing on psychotherapy services.
• A solid understanding of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• The capacity to thrive in a team-oriented and multidisciplinary environment.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and care coordination.
• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and remote patient engagement strategies.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
