What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote psychologist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Psychologist, you need a graduate degree in psychology, state licensure, and expertise in mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and secure communication tools is crucial for delivering remote care. Strong active listening, empathy, digital communication skills, and self-motivation help build rapport and trust with clients online. These skills ensure ethical, effective, and accessible mental health support in a virtual environment.

What does a remote psychologist do?

As a remote psychologist, your job is to provide mental health therapy and treatment for a client. In this position, you monitor patient behavior, use clinical techniques to identify their conditions, and determine the best way to treat their unique needs. Since this is a remote position, you may use a video recorder or webcam to help create a virtual office where you can see and talk with patients. Many remote psychologists specialize in a particular area, such as children's psychology, inmate rehabilitation, or veterans' health. Most sessions are scheduled ahead of time, but you may be asked to work with a client outside of regular hours if they have a breakdown and need your support.

What is the difference between Remote Psychologist vs Remote Therapist?

Remote Psychologists typically hold doctoral degrees and provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment. Remote Therapists usually have master's degrees and focus on counseling and therapy sessions. Both roles often work online and serve similar client needs, but Psychologists have a broader scope including diagnosis and testing, whereas Therapists focus on counseling and emotional support.

What are some common challenges remote psychologists face when building rapport with clients, and how can these be addressed?

Remote psychologists often encounter challenges in establishing strong therapeutic relationships due to the lack of in-person cues and potential technical disruptions. To overcome these, it's important to create a comfortable and private virtual environment, use clear verbal communication, and be intentional about expressing empathy and attentiveness. Regularly checking in on clients' comfort with the technology and addressing any concerns about confidentiality can also help foster trust. Building rapport remotely may take a bit more time, but with consistent effort and adaptability, meaningful client connections can be achieved.

What is a remote psychologist?

A remote psychologist is a licensed mental health professional who provides psychological services, such as therapy, counseling, and assessments, through online platforms rather than in person. This allows clients to receive support from the comfort of their homes using video calls, phone calls, or secure messaging. Remote psychologists follow the same ethical and professional standards as traditional psychologists, ensuring confidentiality and quality care. This approach increases accessibility for individuals who may have mobility issues, live in remote areas, or have busy schedules.

Job description

High Ticket Closer | Real Estate Investing EducationAbout Curvion Blue

At Curvion Blue, we help some of the fastest-growing education, coaching, and consulting brands scale through world-class sales talent.

We partner with a portfolio of leading real estate investing education companies that help aspiring and experienced investors build wealth, generate cash flow, and create financial freedom through real estate.

Our mission is simple:

Deploy the right seller into the right revenue ecosystem.

We're currently hiring High Ticket Closers to support our growing Real Estate Investing Education Division.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional sales role.

You'll speak with motivated individuals seeking to build wealth through real estate investing. Some are exploring their first investment property, while others are looking to scale existing portfolios, increase cash flow, or create greater financial freedom for themselves and their families.

Your role is to uncover a prospect's goals, current challenges, financial aspirations, and long-term vision while helping them determine whether one of our partner programs is the right fit.

Success in this role requires strong discovery skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to create certainty around a prospect's future potential.

The ideal candidate understands how to sell transformation, not transactions.

You SHOULD Apply If
  • You have experience selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, education, or business opportunity offers

  • You consistently performed as a top producer in previous sales roles

  • You excel at uncovering emotional buying motivations

  • You are skilled at building trust quickly

  • You thrive in consultative sales conversations

  • You enjoy helping people pursue ambitious financial goals

  • You are highly coachable and performance-driven

You SHOULD NOT Apply If
  • You rely heavily on scripts

  • You consider yourself primarily an order taker

  • You struggle building emotional connection with prospects

  • You prefer highly transactional sales environments

  • You avoid conversations around finances, goals, or personal responsibility

  • You need prospects to be fully convinced before getting on the call

What Success Looks Like
  • Conducting world-class discovery conversations

  • Helping prospects gain clarity around their financial goals

  • Building trust and certainty throughout the sales process

  • Consistently converting qualified appointments into enrolled clients

  • Delivering an exceptional prospect experience

  • Achieving and exceeding revenue goals

Ideal Candidate Backgrounds

Candidates from the following environments often excel in this role:

  • Real estate investing education

  • Wealth-building programs

  • Financial education

  • Business opportunity offers

  • Entrepreneurship coaching

  • Online education companies

  • Remote closing organizations

  • High-ticket coaching environments

Why Top Closers Join Curvion Blue

Unlike traditional recruiting firms, Curvion Blue specializes in aligning elite sales talent with the environments where they are most likely to succeed.

We evaluate sales professionals based on sales psychology alignment, discovery sophistication, communication style, and buyer compatibility, not simply revenue claims.

As part of our Real Estate Investing Education Division, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected brands in the industry while receiving ongoing support, training, and growth opportunities.

If you're passionate about helping people create wealth, build financial freedom, and pursue meaningful life goals through real estate investing, we'd love to meet you.
