• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which streamlines day-to-day documentation processes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment approaches for each client.
• Utilize our automated tools for conducting symptom self-assessments and monitoring patient progress, facilitating the adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, offering support to clients of various backgrounds with a range of emotional issues, from anxiety to depression.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your practice and receive guidance on complex cases.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, providing care to adults facing emotional and psychological challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will take into account the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, fostering culturally responsive care that promotes healing and resilience.

• A valid independent license in mental health counseling in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC). Candidates with licenses from multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program.
• A commitment to treating all populations with respect and dedication to culturally competent care.
• Proficiency in technology, with a strong willingness to integrate digital tools into your therapeutic practice.

• Experience working with clients presenting a range of emotional disorders is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and digital monitoring tools enhances candidate appeal.
• A background in suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention is a significant advantage.
