• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate healing.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to manage immediate client needs effectively.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance community support and client engagement.
